1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ace Plus Electrical Services ("we", "us" or "our") regarding your use of our electrical services and website.

2. Services
We provide licensed electrical services, including but not limited to:
- Emergency electrical (24/7)
- Residential and commercial electrical
- Level 2 electrical (where applicable)
- Switchboard and safety switch work
- Lighting, power and cabling
- Security cameras and smoke alarms
- Air conditioning (electrical only)
- Electric hot water (electrical only)
All services are subject to availability and site access. We may decline or postpone work at our reasonable discretion, including for safety or compliance reasons.
3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1. All quotes provided are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to site inspection and assessment
- Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- Subject to change if the scope of work changes
- Based on information and conditions observed at the time of inspection
3.2. Payment Terms:
- A deposit may be required for larger jobs
- Final payment is due upon completion of work
- We accept cash, direct deposit, and credit card payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. Our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No charge
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 25% of quoted price may be charged
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service: 50% of quoted price may be charged
- No-shows: 50% of quoted price will be charged
If we need to reschedule due to safety, compliance or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution to perform work safely and diligently, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage or conditions
- Damage to unmarked or concealed services, cabling or infrastructure
- Weather or utility provider issues during or after service completion
- Concealed structural or compliance issues discovered after work begins
- Environmental factors beyond our control
- Changes to property conditions after assessment
- Issues related to the age and condition of existing materials or installations not visible during inspection
- Implementation of recommendations by third parties
6. Safety and Compliance
We work in accordance with applicable safety regulations and electrical standards (including AS/NZS 3000). Our team reserves the right to:
- Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
- Require clear access to work areas
- Isolate power and implement safety controls as needed
- Refuse work that compromises safety standards
- Postpone work due to unforeseen compliance or structural issues
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
7. Warranties and Guarantees
All our work comes with:
- Workmanship warranty as specified in your quote
- Compliance with relevant Australian Standards and Codes (e.g. AS/NZS 3000)
- Licensed and qualified electricians performing all electrical work
Please note that we cannot guarantee:
- Materials or equipment affected by pre-existing conditions
- Issues arising from client‑supplied products
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse or lack of maintenance
- Natural variations in manufactured finishes or components
